From the South
Via Route 95 or Route 1: Where Route 95 and Route 1 intersect, take exit 50 onto Route 1 North for 3 miles. Immediately after passing the Topsfield Fairground, #218 (the sign says "Cottage Place") is on the left, across from the AmeriGas building.
From the North
Via Route 1 South: Cross intersection of Route 97. Travel 0.4 miles. Just before reaching the Topsfield Fairground, #218 (the sign says "Cottage Place") is on the right, across from the AmeriGas building.
Via Route 95 South: Take exit 53A (Route 97 South) toward Topsfield. Drive 3.4 miles on Route 97 (Killam Hill Rd.) Turn left to continue on Route 97 (High St.) Turn right at the set of lights (intersection with Route 1/Boston St). Travel 0.4 miles. Just before reaching the Topsfield Fairground, #218 (the sign says "Cottage Place") is on the right, across from the AmeriGas building.
